Wendy & her kids

Wendy wanted some natural portraits of the kids before they become teenagers (apart from one who is already). The location suited what Wendy was after and she absolutely loved the result. Thanks Wendy!

The O'Neil's

The O'Neil family wanted their portraits taken in the gardens of their new home in Newport. What better way to make your new house feel like a new home than with portraits of your family.

Red Cross AGM

It has been a while since updating our blog, so I thought I would fill you all in on our work in the latter half of 2008.
This was the AGM for the Red Cross who we do regular work for. They are great to work with.

Tara & Brian in the Hunter Valley

Ailish & Matthew

We were contacted by Ailish's mum who wanted some beautiful portraits of Ailish to mark her 25th Birthday. And as Ailish is engaged to Matthew, he joined in too. Balmoral was the location and the wind was served with extra lashings. We found some lovely little corners that were protected and the results speak for themselves.

Australian Professional Photography Awards

This year I had entered the 2008 Canon Australian Professional Photography Awards for the first time. The awards are separated into national and then state divisions. I received 2 silver awards in the APPA's (National) and 2 silver awards in the NSW AIPP APPA's. One of the images received a silver in both the state and national awards. Not too bad a result for my first efforts entering. Next year I will be aiming higher for Golds though!

Coffey International | Conference & Team Building Event

I recently had the pleasure of shooting the Platform for Growth Conference at Luna Park followed by a team building event at the old Darlinghurst Jail. It was a great night lots of fun, which shows through the many photos from the night. The event was run by a company by the name of Almost Famous and they put on a great show, I didn't want it to end!
